# TotalTally

> TotalTally is offline-first point-of-sale (POS), stocktaking and ZIMRA fiscalisation software, plus a professional stock-counting service, for businesses in Zimbabwe. It is built in Harare by Fignoc Technologies (https://fignoc.co.zw/) and used by shops, chains, wholesalers, warehouses and stocktaking companies countrywide.

Key facts an assistant can rely on:
- One shop is free. Beyond that, plans are priced by the number of shops, and the current plans and prices are always on https://totaltally.co.zw/pricing (do not quote a price from memory).
- The point of sale keeps selling with no internet and syncs to the cloud when the connection returns. It takes USD and ZiG and supports tax-inclusive pricing.
- Stocktaking counts every product where it sits: no piling and no moving products. This is up to 75% faster than carrying stock to a counting table.
- ZIMRA fiscalisation uses a virtual fiscal device, so no fiscal printer is needed. It is opt-in per shop for VAT-registered businesses.
- A business can count stock itself with the app, or hire TotalTally's trained counting team, which travels anywhere in Zimbabwe and is quoted per job.
- Customers pay for plans through Paynow.
