Pricing questions

Yes. The one-shop plan costs nothing and is not a time-limited trial. You only start paying when you run more than one shop.

By the number of shops on your plan, for the period the plan covers, which is monthly on the standard plans. You pay through Paynow when you start and each time you renew.

No. You choose POS, Stocktaking or both at sign-up, and your plan is based on how many shops or sites you run, not on which products you use.

Yes, for VAT-ready shops. You switch it on per shop in your company portal with your own ZIMRA device credentials, and there is no fiscal hardware to buy.

There is a short grace period after your end date, because Paynow settlement can lag a renewal by a day or two. After that the apps ask you to pay before you can carry on, and you pick up where you left off once you do.

Yes. When you renew from your billing page you choose the plan that fits the number of shops you run then.

No. There is no setup fee and no contract. You pay for a period at a time and renew when you choose.

It is quoted per job once we know your sites, timing and SKU count. The software, including the stocktaking app, is priced by shops on the plans above.
